FILM MAKING -
NLFS has created a 6 week program for students from the ages of 7 - 16 years old. These 2 hour per week programs will equip and skill up the student to be able to create their own short films and tell the story they want to tell. Each week the students are set tasks to enhance their learning culminating at the end of the 6 weeks with a viewing and celebration of their work.
This term we will be focusing on all aspects of producing a documentary. Learning all the skills you need to write, plan and film.
Each six week block will focus on a new skills complementing the unit of work being studied in the film course. Although all students will learn the film making skills students can opt to be purely in front of the camera if acting is what they crave.
All courses cost £10 per session and run in blocks of six weekly sessions.
The sessions will run between 6:30pm & 8:30pm on a Wednesday evening at The Magnus School, Newark.
For a full run down of the course, send us an email and we will forward you the full course content
The school is run by Steve Watson (Film Maker, Director/Producer and Photographer), Scott Driver (Award Winning Film Maker) and Steve Cawte (Award winning writer, actor, director and playwright)
